Every Gaviom Creator sweepstakes uses the same rigorous winner selection process — whether it's a creator-hosted campaign or a Gaviom founding prize.
How winners are selected
A three-step process designed for integrity and auditability.
Entry pool locked
At the scheduled draw time, the entry pool is frozen. All paid entries and valid AMOE mail-in entries are included. No new entries accepted after lock.
Secure random selection
Gaviom uses cryptographically secure random number generation to select the winner from the verified pool. The process is logged and auditable.
Winner verification
The selected entrant is verified for eligibility (age, residency, one entry per person rules). If disqualified, an alternate is drawn.
Winner announcement
Public, documented, and confirmed — for creators and participants alike.

After delivery confirmation, creator revenue (minus platform fee) is released via Stripe Connect within 5–7 business days.
