These Terms govern your use of gaviom.com and related services operated by Gaviom Inc. (“Gaviom,” “we,” “us”). Sweepstakes are governed by the Official Rules, which control in case of conflict.

1. Service

Gaviom operates promotional sweepstakes for eligible U.S. residents. We are not a casino, lottery, or securities offering.

2. Accounts and payments

You must provide accurate information. Entry fees are disclosed at checkout. Subscriptions (Gaviom+) renew per the plan selected until canceled. Refunds for canceled sweepstakes are described in the Official Rules.

3. Prohibited conduct

You may not use bots, bulk entry schemes, stolen payment methods, or false identity. We may suspend access and disqualify entries for fraud or abuse.

4. Disclaimers

The site is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and limit liability for indirect damages arising from use of the site, except where prohibited.

5. Governing law

Delaware law governs these Terms. Disputes shall be resolved in Delaware courts unless applicable law requires otherwise.
